CODE OF CONDUCT

FOR VISITORS TO THE SCHOOL

At Papakura Normal School we have an acceptable code of behaviour for everyone.  BOT, Principal, Senior Management, Senior Staff, Teachers, Auxiliary Staff and children.

It is therefore reasonable to expect the same from visitors to the school:

  1. Parents are responsible for providing a good role model for children.
  1. When interacting with children or staff, conversation should be at all times respectful of the rights of others.
  1. Swearing, rude gestures and abuse is not acceptable under any circumstances.
  1. Confidentiality should at all times be respected.
  1. Any perceived problem should first be discussed with the teacher(s) involved.

Any one in breach of the above Code of Conduct will be asked to leave the premises.
